If you want to cancel your membership, (we would like to hope it is because you’ve found a regular mature sex partner) then you can do so by giving us a call using the number on our support page.




How do I extend my membership?


Your membership will continue to run each month until you inform us otherwise.




How will I know when my membership has expired or been downgraded?

No it will not. You will see the name, ‘Venntro Media Group Ltd’ appear on your bank statement. This is the name of our partner company who help us in making grannydating.co.uk so brilliant. We also use their name so if anyone does get hold of your statements you don’t have to be worried in case they read ‘grannydating.co.uk’. Obviously we are very proud of our strong brand and service, but we also understand that not all members would want to publicly disclose their activity on our site, and we respect that




How often will money be debited from my account?


Upon signing up as a premium member you will have made a payment selection of a month, 3 months, or 6 months. You will be then be rebilled at the end of either one of those cycles until you cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time.




Can I make a payment over the phone rather than online?


Yes of course you can. You can contact our friendly support staff whenever you want to make a payment by following the steps on our support page connected to your account.




Are there alternative methods of payment than just debit or credit card?


We also accept payments via cheque and postal orders. If you wish to do this, please send a cheque/postal order made payable to Global Personals Ltd for 3 months or more membership to; Global Personals 1 High Street Windsor Berkshire SL4 1LD




Is it possible to get a refund if I want to cancel my membership before it expires?


This is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
